Our pilot product sought to measure engagement of carers as an initial objective towards our larger evaluation criteria around carer wellbeing. This is based on our hypothesis that impacting carer wellbeing requires a trusting relationship with the projects identity.

Our engagement data looks like the following

....

These results exceed our expectations with original projections being 50 members.

These gathered insights are an established social capital base to work from, and are replicatatble at scale. The hardest part is the start. We predict word of mouth recommendations will cause a exponential growth effect.

The moderating factors here might product 'culture' or perceived value for example. 'Culture' is established a regulated through community leadership, moderation and facilitation practices.

Product value is driven in accordance with community feedback about what members want and need in the product.

Measurement in iterations:

Our next iteration will involve more sophisticated evaluations including one where we can start to gather data relating to nurture, empwoerment and connection.
